Here you will read our fascinating work with the United Nations, The Government of Mexico Youth Programs, meet our friends all over Latin America and read their comments and about their individual works in prisons of Central America, with kids who are street vendors, prostitutes, drug addicts, etc. These are the lives we are working to save day by day. And we are doing a great job of it. If you can and will help us please call right away or leave your information and contact at del@bajitoonda.org - call the Global Office and say which continent you want your donation to go for. In Mexico we are trying to help mothers save entire communities from gangs and kids who society is rejecting day by day. These kids are innocent still but are rapidly being recruited by the Mara Salva Trucha and other gangs to use them for illegal crimes and we are losing them. Mexico is a great place to raise kids if we can keep it that way. Soon our dear friend from Equador, Head of Police Security for the country will be here in Dallas if God wishes this month. He will be visiting Bajito Onda for the first time in order that we may collaborate our forces to give Equadoran youth positive futures instead of negative choices. Enjoy our work in Mexico and Latin America -
The President of Bajito Onda Mexico Foudation is Juan Antonio Melin. He is my original 'founding son' and he is a brilliant guy who used to be a gang police officer who turned his own life around and jumped into the gang world to help rescue kids and entire communties - that's why he joined as a Bajito Onda Global Leader for Humanity. His partnership with Juma Assiago, UN Urban Safety Expert - UN Habitat for Safer Cities - has allowed Bajito Onda to expand our network via many UN contacts and services as well as fabulous programs for youth and communities around the world. Antonio has been to Cuba, South Africa and many other countries representing Bajito Onda at Global Conferences.
Take care and thanks for caring enough to read this blog - please visit our others - they are quite different - (PS there are no Hispanic gangs in Africa! :)
On behalf of the global team - Del Hendrixson del@bajitoonda.org and Antonio Melin antonio.melin@bajitoonda.org
